The Dezervator is the world’s first robotic car elevator, engineered exclusively for Porsche Design Tower at 18555 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This patented automobile lift system transports residents and their vehicles from ground level directly into private sky garages attached to individual residences — up to 60 stories above the Atlantic Ocean.
Unlike conventional parking structures, the Dezervator eliminates the need to park in a communal garage. Instead, residents drive onto a platform at ground level and are lifted — car and all — to a glass-enclosed sky garage adjacent to their living space.
How the Dezervator Works: Step by Step
- Entry: The resident drives into a ground-floor arrival bay equipped with turntables and sensors.
- Authentication: The system verifies the resident via RFID fob and biometric scan, then assigns the correct destination floor.
- Loading: A robotic platform positions itself beneath the vehicle. Laser-guided arms secure the car in place.
- Vertical transport: The platform ascends through a dedicated shaft at controlled speed, bypassing all other floors.
- Delivery: The car is placed inside the resident’s private sky garage, visible through floor-to-ceiling glass from inside the unit.
